BHC salon understands how personal an experience it is to have your hair cut, styled or colored –
and we value your comfort level – that is why all staff members are available for consultations at your convenience.
BHC is proud of the structure put in place to ensure the proper training, education, creativity and service to our customers. We have five levels of seniority that a stylist can acheive from our new Rising Star Program to a Master Stylist all of whom continue to research and learn the latest techniques. The levels of seniority and experience as well as pricing levels are as follows:
SERVICE PRICING GUIDE:
1. Junior Stylist/Colorist: Two to four years of experience.
2. Stylist/Colorist: Four to six years of experience.
3. Senior Stylist/Colorist: Ten to twenty years of experience.
4. Master Stylist/Colorist: Twenty-five plus years of experience.

Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash. There will be a fee of $25.00 for returned checks.
Gratuities
Salon policy: Gratuities are not to be included to the cost of your services and on your charge or check payments.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by all staff members.
Cancellations
We value your time as we hope you value ours. In the event an appointment needs to be cancelled or changed, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction with the services the salon staff provides is our main concern. If you feel that another staff member can provide
you with a better service or a fresher point of view, please feel free to make your next appointment with them. We are a team of
